We are so lucky to have Jackie as our Daughter’s maths tutor. She is exceptionally gifted as a teacher, she has the talent and knowledge to transform any lesson into a valuable educational experience. She makes sure her lessons are fun even when a concept is challenging and complicated. What a star!

In Year 10 I found algebra really hard, … Using different learning methods, things kept clicking in my head. It was like a light turning on inside. I think what made it so easy was the way Mrs Fairchild described it. It was the way she linked things together which made it so easy to understand.

I would just like to put into words and thank you for the help and assistance you have given to my son in teaching him maths. He really enjoys the lessons with you as you have given him a lot more confidence with learning and understanding maths.

Jackie has been an absolute god-send. Fabulous work ethic, friendly, encouraging and intensely clever yet humble. She has improved our daughter’s confidence no end, and the results, of course, have followed. Maths is no longer feared but stimulating. I find coaching sessions with Jackie both thought-provoking and motivating. Jackie has helped me to sift, sort and clarify my personal professional aspirations and develop a clear vocabulary with which to communicate with others. I have particularly valued the insights into patterns of career shifts and change which she shared with me and which lent structure to my thought processes and deliberations. What is also very satisfying about working with Jackie is having something concrete to do as a direct result of our discussions and which feed directly into my work.

I found Jackie’s sessions really helpful, and together we worked on how to work towards achieving my goals. The steps were bite sized so I didn’t feel overwhelmed, and she was warm and encouraging every step of the way!
